Project managers provide a vital service within HMP Global, coordinating complex projects and diverse teams.

In her role as a project manager in HMP Collective, Maggie Cottrell has worked on numerous projects across a range of therapeutic areas.

“We execute projects in various fields, including neurology, gastroenterology, and rheumatology and arthritis,” she said. “We’ve also executed oncology projects and are looking to expand this portfolio.”

Her coworker Shannon Rasmussen described Cottrell as “a positive, fun, hard-working team player.”

“She asks strategic questions and is interested in learning all levels of a project and account,” Rasmussen said. “Maggie is a go-to person for many people on the team.”

Cottrell will celebrate her one-year anniversary with HMP Global in January, and over the past year has enjoyed partnering and engaging with clients for in-person events and recordings to create leading educational material in multiple industries.

Outside of work, she enjoys running, reading, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. 

“I also dog-sit quite a bit,” she said. “I’m looking forward to getting my own dog one day.”
