Stephanie Starman, senior manager of national accounts, oversees multiple accounts within the Cardiovascular portfolio at HMP Global. “My favorite part about working in this position is the opportunity to work across multiple therapies within cardiology, and working with each individual client as a consultant, helping them to navigate their goals,” she said. “From education, brand awareness, and content creation, this position has given me the tools to think outside the box as a salesperson and integrate new ways for industry to educate physicians.” As a member of the sales team, she manages advertising across six publications and sponsorships for four live meetings. She manages more than 30 accounts and multiple divisions within each account. This June will mark her 7-year anniversary at HMP Global. The creativity she brings to her role is not limited to sales strategy, but also sales offerings. “In 2022, I was recognized by HMP Global as someone who, in that year, went above and beyond what was expected of me,” Starman said. “My sales were nearly 20 percent over budget. It was inspiring to reach those goals after coming back from navigating the pandemic.” “Stephanie has been an integral member of the Cardiovascular team and she deserves to be recognized among her colleagues,” said her coworker Colleen Waters.  Outside of work, Starman enjoys CrossFit and loves to travel.  “My husband and I just planned a trip to Italy and I can’t wait to source some new jewelry, which has become a tradition whenever I travel,” she said. “My husband and I are also major foodies. We just hosted Easter for my entire family, and it was so much fun to cook for everyone. They are now requesting we host every holiday. We grow a large garden in the summer and use fresh herbs to make hummus, pesto, sauces, and other fresh condiments and dips.”   Stephanie, thank you for all your hard work and dedication, and for being part of the HMP Global team!
