“Katelynn has streamlined and automated functions for the sales ops team that have helped us better collaborate interdepartmentally,” Chapas said.

Since joining the HMP Global team three years ago, Katelynn McFadden has become an integral part of the sales operations team.

As Associate Director of Sales Operations, she does “a little bit of everything,” she said. 

“I work with campaign performance, data analytics, and helping the rest of both the sales and ad operations teams wherever possible,” she said.

Her coworker Laura Chapas described McFadden as “a solution-oriented individual who enjoys taking on new challenges that come her way.”

Outside of work, McFadden stays active in her community, serving as a Girl Scout leader and also pursuing a second-degree black belt.

“It’s been a long time coming,” she said. “I started karate when I was 10 and took a long break after middle school, so going back as an adult has been a fulfilling experience as I worked to finally earn my black belt.”
