We are intentionally broadening the tent to make room for the next generation of leaders in limb preservation, ensuring that AMP stays at the forefront of innovation.
The Amputation Prevention Sympoisum (AMP) is more than just a meeting — it's a place where innovation comes to life, where collaboration sparks real change, and where the shared goal of saving limbs and lives takes center stage.
AMP 2025, set for August 13-16 in Chicago, comes as healthcare professionals are at a pivotal point in chronic limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI) care. The burden of this condition is growing rapidly alongside the global rise in diabetes and vascular disease, and with it comes an urgency we cannot ignore.
What sets AMP apart is the convergence of disciplines, experiences, and ideas. This is not just another vascular meeting—AMP is a vibrant, multidisciplinary platform where interventional radiologists, interventional cardiologists, vascular surgeons, podiatrists, wound care specialists and others across the healthcare spectrum come together as a cohesive force.
We share the same mission: to prevent amputations and save lives.
Educational Program
This year, we’re expanding the conversation. I’m especially excited about our focus on Fresh Leadership, New Perspectives, and amplifying voices that bring new energy and diverse expertise to the field. We are intentionally broadening the tent to make room for the next generation of leaders in limb preservation, ensuring that AMP stays at the forefront of innovation.
- CLTI Imaging: When and What I Look at Before Angio and on the Angio
- Session 5: Diagnosis and Imaging in CLTI
- Lower Extremity Revascularization for Wound Healing – When and How?
- Roundtable 2: Post-Procedure Care. Bringing it All Together
- Session 15: Post DVA Care
One of the most exciting components of AMP 2025 is DVA Day. Deep vein arterialization is a key procedure in my practice, and last year’s audience interest was remarkable. I look forward to seeing that enthusiasm grow even more this year.
AMP’s mission—to save limbs and save lives—has never been more critical. Every conversation and collaboration at AMP 2025 are driven by that mission. With more than 60 expert faculty members and 22-plus CME/CNE credits, AMP 2025 is a must-attend symposium for CLTI specialists, residents, and fellows.
I invite you to join us as we forge ahead — united, focused, and inspired. For more information and to register, visit the AMP website.
Together, we will shape the future of CLTI care.
