Expansive Growth

HMP Global continues to expand its reach across the healthcare spectrum, announcing the major acquisitions of Imedex, the Institute for the Advancement of Behavioral Health Care (IABHC), and EMS World Expo.

2017

Acquisition and Launch of HMP Europe

A strategic alliance to produce the world-renowned Leipzig Interventional Course (LINC) expands the company's footprint in Europe.

2019

Continued Digital Transformation

Amid the global pandemic, HMP Global builds VRTX Virtual platform and expands into new markets with launch of 25 virtual offerings.

2020

Rapid Growth Continues

HMP Global continues a period of rapid post-pandemic growth, acquiring wound care leader Kestrel Health and market access firm Proximity (now known as HMP Market Access Insights). The team expands to 300+ employees.

2021
