For Alexis Padgett, the virtual WoundCon event launch in 2020 was a memorable experience. “It was launched during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, and it provided free and valuable education to healthcare providers at a time when traveling to events wasn’t an option,” she said. “A few years later, the event has continued to grow and we have an incredible team that continues to build upon the experience for the global community.” Padgett, a National Account Manager for Wound Care, has worked at HMP Global for two years.  “In my role, I have the privilege of working with so many creative and innovative companies in the wound care industry,” she said. “My goal is to be a partner to them in using the best ways to connect wound care providers with the product education they need.” Kristen Membrino, Associate Vice President of Sales for the Wound Care and Podiatry Learning Networks, said Padgett brings a fresh perspective to the sales division. “She has new, innovative ideas to achieve clients’ marketing and sales goals,” Membrino said. “She is a pleasure to work with and always brings a positive attitude to tackle any challenges we are faced with. We are so lucky that she decided to join our team last fall.” Outside of work, Padgett loves to cook, watch great movies and spend time relaxing with her family. “I also really enjoy hiking and nature photography,” she said.    Alexis, thank you for all you do and for being part of the HMP Global team!
