MALVERN Pa., (January 26, 2023) — HMP Global, the leading omnichannel healthcare company, today announced that Psych Congress Steering Committee member Dr. Craig Chepke has been named Scientific Advisor for the entire Psych Congress portfolio, including Psych Congress, the nation’s largest independent mental health educational conference on practical psychopharmacology, Psych Congress Elevate, Psych Congress Regionals, and the newly announced Psych Congress NP Institute In-Person event.

For 36 years, Psych Congress has delivered practical, case-based education to an exceptional community of mental healthcare providers nationwide, with a goal of improving outcomes for patients. As Scientific Advisor, Dr. Chepke will work closely with the steering committees and faculty of Psych Congress events and programs to develop high-quality practical and advanced evidence-based educational content relevant to all mental health team members.

Dr. Chepke is the medical director of Excel Psychiatric Associates in Huntersville, NC, and an adjunct associate professor of psychiatry for Atrium Health. He is a member of the Huntington Study Group and has been named a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. A leader and innovator in education, Dr. Chepke has lectured and presented research nationally and internationally on diverse topics, including serious mental illness, movement disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and sleep medicine.
